　　CRF系列粉粹機組是消化吸收了國際先進技術，結合實際情況研制成功的渦流式粉碎機。該機具有微粒小，溫升小等特點。機組由粉碎主機、微粉收集器、布袋收集器、輸送管道、電氣控制柜及離心風機組成。物料在主機內部停留時間短，可防止過度粉碎及-陛能穩定，噪音低，耗電省、生產率高、造型美觀等特點。是實拍、醫藥、化工、涂料、農藥等行業理想的微細粉碎設備。
　　工作原理　
　　本機采用了渦流的高速旋轉運動，在粉碎室內產生了強大的氣流。物料在負壓下由進料口被吸入粉碎室，在葉片與模塊間強大的氣流作用下，產生沖擊、剪切和研磨，由氣流將粉碎室的熱量帶走，是粉碎過程中產生的熱量不會急劇升溫。成品物料從篩網流出，提高生產率，粉碎細度可由篩網的目數自行調節，成品細度均勻穩定。
